To enter the exempt portion of your Foreign Pension in TurboTax Online, go to: Income > T-Slips > Foreign Income.     On that screen, enter the Country of origin, the annual exchange rate, the full amount of the pension received in "Other pension income" and the exempt portion in "Other pension income: Exempt portion".

On your tax return the full amount in CAD dollars will be shown on Line 115 - Other Pensions & Superannuation, then the exempt portion will be deducted on Line 256 - Additional Deductions.
