I sold a condo rental property. In Turbo Tax, under "Listed Personal Property" which one should I book my sale under?
If you sold a rental property, then it would not be "Listed personal property (LPP)", as LPP is not real estate, and a rental property is not a personal use property. You would enter your property sale as a real-estate sale.
