I sold a rental property in June 2018. The house was vacant in 2018 with $0 income. Should I fill rental income form? Thanks.
If the rental property was available for rent during the period but you were unable to find occupants then you should complete the rental income form, reflecting the $0 received. If the rental property was not available to rent during that period of time, it does not need to be completed.
