I sold my house in 2019 which was bought in 2016 but changed it rental property in 2017 but did not report deemed disposition in 2018. Can I report it now?

Most likely, you’ll have to amend your tax return for the year that you had the deemed disposition to include it. You should double check with the CRA to confirm how they want you to handle the situation.
