If you are using TurboTax Desktop, please update your software. (Help>Update)
If you are using TurboTax Online, you may need to clear your cache and cookies to see the changes, or you can try using another browser.
Hi, I encountered the exact same issue, keeps showing "ërror", using desktop online version.
Yeah exactly! I have now tried clearing all the cookies, etc and even switched browsers (I tried it on Edge, I normally use Chrome). Nothing changed, exact same error when I tried to NETFILE.
I'm hoping it's because I am currently outside Canada and I can't use a VPN right now. When I return home in a few days, I'll try again and hope for the best.
