If my spouse and I departed Canada for tax purposes in 2024 and have no special forms (T1243, T1244, T1161) are we able to electronically file using TurboTax?

You can't NETFILE your return if you are a non-resident of Canada. You can fax your return, though. Please see this CRA page to get the fax number: Where to mail your paper T1 return
