In the foreign income slip I can provide an exchange rate. Is it used to change the amount into CAD, in my case from USD? Do I use 1.3013 or 1/1.3013?

If you put in an exchange rate, then TurboTax will convert the foreign amount that you enter. The foreign slip summary will not show the converted amount, but it will show on your tax forms and in the Detailed Summary.

You would enter the exchange rate as 1.3013.
