In the USA intuit has been labeled as being deceptuve in regards to FREE INCOME TAX FILING. Intuit in the USA is giving refunds. Is Intuit Canada doing the same?

Thanks for your question. In Canada, you can file using TurboTax Free entirely Free. There are no income restrictions or limitations to use TurboTax Free. You can purchase to add-ons during the process that help you complete your taxes easily and accurately but these are completely optional.
