    Need to report deemed disposition of my principal residence in 2016 - the use was converted into rental use. I can't locate where in TurboTax I can report this.

    Need to report deemed disposition of my principal residence in 2016 - the use was converted into rental use. I can't locate where in TurboTax I can report this.

    In TurboTax Free, search for "residence" in Your Taxes. You will see "Sale of your Principal Residence" in the list.

    In TurboTax Free, search for "residence" in Your Taxes. You will see "Sale of your Principal Residence" in the list.
