This income is not taxable by the IRS.

Is U.S. veteran's disability income non-taxable in Canada? The tax filer is a dual citizen residing in Canada.

As per CRA: Amounts that are not taxed amounts paid by Canada or an allied country (if the amount is not taxable in that country) for disability or death of a war veteran due to war service.
