I am wondering if I need to submit a T4037 now that I know how much unused Capital Losses I have? How do I know if I should refile for this year to reduce my Gains?
If you have already filed your taxes, you need to wait until CRA access it and make some changes or request you documents if need be. Once received your Notice of assessment, you will be able to refile using your unused capital losses.
