I moved to Canada from the US. I sold a home in the US before moving. Do I need to report this for my Canadian return?

Yes, you can use form T1135 to report the gain from selling the real property, which is the house you used to own in US.

For more information please see our TurboTax article: Declaring Foreign Property on Your Tax Return.
