One of my investments in my TFSA has become Mom Qualified and I was told need to calm RC243 Tax-Free Savings Account Return, How do I do that?

Form RC243 is not included in any TurboTax package as its not part of your income tax return. You can download a copy from the CRA here: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/forms-publications/forms/rc243.html
