T1135-Real property outside Canada

I filled my real estate address in the Description of property.

Is all address submit CRA through TurboTax Netfile? Otherwise only submit amount? Is description field is just my reference?

If you are using the "detailed method" to report your foreign properties on the T1135 form, any information entered is transferred to the CRA form in TurboTax. 

Only the salient numbers are transmitted in a .tax file when sent to CRA.
No actual return, attached forms or schedules are transmitted when you NetFile, so CRA would not see your "property description" unless they requested you submit the actual T1135 to them for review.

CRA computers extract the data from your .tax file, and screen the results for conformance.
If necessary upon assessment you may be asked to submit receipts or slips.
