Should I include a portion of the furnace, air conditioner and water heater rental and buyout cost in the rental expense?

I rented out my basement, and I also rented furnace/AC/water heater from a company (I paid $150+ monthly). Later, I bought them out for $14k. Should I include a portion of the HVAC rental and buyout cost in the rental expense?

Thank you for your question. Yes you can fill in  T776 section B if your requesting CCA. Otherwise you will need to fill in 9923 at the bottom of the page.
