If you are eligible to claim moving expenses, then you can claim your notary fees as part of that deduction. If not, then the only other place you can claim notary fees for your personal home is in the Adjusted Cost Base when you sell it. However, that will only make a difference if your house is not your principal residence for the entire time you own it, or you rent all or part of it out before you sell it.
