When do taxes for a lady who passed away May28/14 I get an error message in the review when I check off "OEPTC" to claim the rent that she paid for six months in 2014. ?

The energy and property tax credit is part of the Ontario Trillium Benefit.  This amount is part of the rebate mailed out each month.  It is not a tax deduction.  As your client is deceased, there will be no further Trillium payments, so you are not able to claim it.
