Using Online Self-Employed software - You will claim your rent under Provincial -> Click on "Tax Credit Profile" continue till you get to the page that says "Payments Related to your Principal Residence" Enter all your information there and - Under Payment type - you will see a drop-down arrow please click on it and go to RENT.
