Where do I enter start up costs for the airbnb unit in our home (furniture, appliances, renovation costs)
I purchased a condo for rental Dec 2021 but did not incur expenses related to property until 2022. I rented it out in 2022. I did not enter in CCA for 2021
Purchased new rental property. I shouldn't claim cca on property but yes for appliances purchased? What about renos - don't list them anywhere?
Can I list appliance purchases and renovation materials in groups under equipment etc? Can I add items on an extra sheet of paper if I run out of room?
