If the co-owner is your spouse, in the Real Estate Rental Statement information section, select Sole Proprietor/Co-Ownership as the type of ownership. Then check "Details of other owners" on the page titled Rental Profile. Enter the % on the following page > T776 Partner Details Statement.
If the co-owner is not your spouse, they are considered to be a "Partner" and you select Partnership as the type of ownership. Then follow the same procedure as above.
