Where should I mail my Canadian tax returns as a part-year resident?

Hi,  I moved from Canada to the US and became a non-resident in 2021. Prior to that, my permanent residence is in Toronto, but I spent most of my time in Waterloo as a student. Which tax center should my tax returns I mail to?

It seems like Toronto residents should send their tax returns to the Sudbury Tax Centre, and but USA non-residents and waterloo residents should send their mail to the Winnipeg Tax Centre.

Yes, in your case you can send your return to the Sudbury Tax Centre, if your permanent residence was in Toronto. Please be aware that as a non-resident, you can also fax your return. Also, if you do send your return to the wrong address, the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) will then send it to the correct place themselves, so there will just be a delay in having your return processed.
