Why is rental income not split evenly between spouses who are co-owners? Is there a way to split it evenly?

Double check that you have entered the right percentage on the Real Estate Rentals Statement. (Details for your spouse if he or she is a partner or co-owner)

Also, if one or both of the spouses have entered expenses that are just for themselves and not for the whole rentl business, that can cause a difference in net rental income between the two.
