The printout is blank, not figures for all I typed in for T2

Tried to printout T2 for my owner record, however all the printout form are blank, no figures at all. Also not allow to file online, the message came out like ' Unalbe to cast COM object of type 'System_ComObject to interface type .............................. fail due to the following error:Error loading type library' something like these.

Would be something I missed ?
