How to actually print my tax return?

there is no print option, nor is there anywhere i can find the info on any one page. it just keeps sending me back to the review page which has nothing useful, or it makes me redo the finish and file steps

If you are using TurboTax Do It Yourself (Online), when you get to the part where you file your return, you'll get the option to download a PDF preview. After you've filed, you'll find a link to the pdf at the bottom of the "Great to see you again!" page.
