Open TurboTax
I suggest clearing your browser’s cache and cookies and log back in.
Alternatively, try a different browser (e.g., if you’re on Chrome, try Firefox or Safari).
Then go to the File section in the left-hand menu.
Proceed through the steps until you see "Print & Mail Your Return."
TurboTax will often ask you to "Print a copy for your records" first. Ensure you have clicked through to the final step where it specifically says "Print for Mail."
Bypass Browser Preview (Most Common Fix) Modern browsers such as Chrome and Edge frequently attempt to open the PDF in a "preview" window, which may only display the first page or a "summary" sheet.
Right-click the download link/button and select "Save Link As..." or "Download Linked File." Save it directly to your desktop.
Open the file using Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) rather than opening it in your internet browser.
