I have completed a return. The printed version for the CRA is missing 2 of the first 4 pages. How do I print them? Are they necessary?

I have completed a return. The printed version for the CRA is missing 2 of the first 4 pages. How do I print them? Are they necessary?

If you are downloading the version of the return to mail to the CRA, the "missing" info is condensed into the barcode.
