To talk to a TurboTax specialist, begin by filling out the Contact Us form, by telling us what platform and version of TurboTax you’re using. Once you go through the steps and complete the form, the phone number to speak to a TurboTax agent will appear on the page. You will also be able to see the approximate wait time to speak with an agent.
If you are a mobile user, you can also get live help in real-time through our mobile app or social media platforms. Simply post your issue in any of our social communities, or reach out directly.
