Only if the Corrected box is checked on the paper 1099-R (in the upper middle).

It is not a Corrected box on my 1099-R it is checked as "Revised" but Turbo tax only has "Corrected" as option. Is it the same?

The official 1099-R form has no "Revised" box. The payer is likely indicating that the first one was not sent to the IRS, that the one marked "Revised" simply replaces the previous form they sent to you as if they had never issued the first one and the CORRECTED box is not marked.

Thank you for the quick response. I see that the company I am dealing with is in total confusion! I will go back to them and start over!
