Can we delete bad T1 files that need to be re-entered?

Yes, you will need to start your new return first, and once you have completed your profile section, you can then click on "My returns" and view all tax returns on the bottom left of your return. You will then see a garbage can beside the file you want to delete—just click on the garbage can and it will be gone.
