As per question. I want to change the CCA for the year for rental property. How can I do this?

If you are using TurboTax Free, we don't allow individuals to choose how much CCA they would like to claim. We calculate and optimize the amount of CCA to be deducted in the year. If you want the ability to choose how much CCA to claim, you will need to upgrade to the paid product. See the attached screenshot displaying how you can upgrade.
