I did my 2018 tax return with the turbo Primary Return Free last night. At the time I finished and tried to NETFILE it, I was not be able to file for the system was under maintenance. I upgraded the to Free PLUS hoping to NETFILE it. Still couldn't do it.I haven't filed my 2018 tax return yet. Please help. Thank you
