I am employed full time and also own a small business. These are separate entities. Can I claim expenses both as an employee and also as a business/self employed ?

For example claim home office expenses as an employee and also as a self employed.  Can I double up or does it have to be a % to employment and % to self employed ?

Because you are claiming working from the same space, then you will only be able to claim it once. If you own your house you can't claim rent.
