I filled schedule K by checking box 14 for myself and 16 for my husband. BUT only my return has the number on line 449 in TP-1. TurboTax calculated a 641$ for us to pay.

In Easy Step, the box of “Your spouse has provided the required information about you in section 2 of Part B of his or her Schedule K and has chosen to pay your premium (if applicable)” was chosen by mistake. While I manually modify Schedule K, the amount of premium to be paid is always there. 

So I went back to Easy Step, found the problem.
