I have a corporation. Will this product produce tax returns for me personally and for my corporation or do I have to start a separate return for the business?

No.  You and your corporation are considered to be two separate entities.  As such, you must file 2 returns, one for the corporation (a T2 return), and one return as an individual (a T1 return).
