How can I get schedule 3 line 174 to pick up T5 values entered from slips?

I have also entered a foreign transaction, sale of US condo.  Line 174 shows only value of foreign transaction.

Schedule 3 line 174 will be populated by filling out Box 18 of T5. Sale of condo won't be shown on Line 174.
