I have two NETFILE errors: 1) industry code 2) business address is missing I do not own a business - I am thinking this is because I entered my T4As?

If your T4As have amounts reported in box 20 or box 48, then you have self employed income.  You will need to complete the business portion of your tax return.  The business name will be your own name, and the business address will be your own address.  As to the industry code, here is a website that can help you determine the correct one:
