I received income from some contract work. Do I enter that in the self-employment work section?

How can I delete line 31217 section from Self Employment section, which is EI

As self-employed, do i enter my income in the professional fee within the self employment section (since i do not have a T4 or Releve 1 slip (i'm in Quebec, Canada))
