I purchased the Deluxe Online Edition, yet I'm stuck on the Review your order page and unable to file my return.

I've pressed the Start button, but nothing happens. File your return as step 2 is greyed out. This is the first set of returns I am trying to file.

Can you tell us if the system is asking you to pay something? If yes, can you tell exactly what is the product you are asked to pay for (on the right side of the payment page)?
