I want to purchase turbotax but am unsure which one to choose with a spouse return as well. Will I have to buy 2?

I tried to purchase turbotax online downloadable version. prepaid credit card was registered. However it failed to go through. Tried again and now 2 purchases show on my credit card for the same item and still no product

You have a couple different options:

• If you want to use the CD/Download TurboTax product, you can see the different products here and decide which one suits you & your spouse's tax situation: http://turbotax.intuit.ca/personal-tax-software/download-tax-software.jsp Each product includes a different number of returns in it. See the "Number of returns included" line.
  
• If you want to use the TurboTax Online product, when you purchase it, it comes with 1 return. You can add a spousal return for $17.99. Compare the Online editions here: http://turbotax.intuit.ca/personal-tax-software/online-tax-software-201502.jsp?s_tnt=71799:5:0
