My T1 General, schedule 3, para 3 correctly indicates the entries from T5008. But the totals in boxes 131 & 132 are exactly twice what is correct. How can I fix this?

Have you also entered these amounts under the "Income" tab > "Investments" > "Capital Gains" section? Include the information for these transactions in only one location in the software. 

Review the T5008 summary screen under the "Income" tab > hover over T-slips and select T5008 for duplicate receipts.
