My T4E has box 14 and box 15 with the same amount. I have entered both and I am getting a warning I need the check amounts, but they are right?

As per the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) T4E slip: Statement of Employment Insurance and Other Benefits please see their instructions as to what each box holds and how to claim it. 

If it is a Warning and not an Error, then you can skip it and move on to the next section. 

Warnings are there just to ensure that if the situation applies to you, you can go back and make any necessary modifications.
