Hello, I would like to file a complaint. I tried to use Turbotax standard and was charged for TurboTax Deluxe Online 2023 and TurboTax Premium Bundle Primary 2023.

Well, since I now will be using an actual human accountant who won't screw up the simplest possible return, I would kindly say, none of your business.  Your product is awful.  People should know.
