How can I unlock my completed return, ideally without losing the inputs and the completed file,?.
Have completed the return but now when open the file, the return is locked, does not respond to any inputs and cannot even close the file using '' in top right corner. So cannot submit to CRA

Unless the return has been filed, you should be able to edit the return. Please try and close the TurboTax program, reopen and try to see if there is an update available.
