Are you using Standard CD/Download version? If so, try entering your Premier upgrade installation code manually by selecting Tools from the menu and choosing 'Show Tax Centre'. In the tax centre, click the link 'I already have an upgrade code or an additional returns code' link and enter your new Premier installation code.
