When I add the land transfer tax to my CCA for a new rental property, do I use the full amount or only the percentage that applies to the building (and not the land)?

Hi

The land transfer tax should be added to the land portion.  Please reference page 21 of the rental income guide 'Land & Part F'  Other costs such as legal, accounting fees can be divided proportionately between the land & building.
