Who's form does T3 amounts go on my husband or both?

I have a T3 in my husbands and my name.  Do  I have to split the amount or can I put the amount in one name.

Report on the return whose SIN matches that on the T3.

my husband's SIN is in box 12, mine is also on the slip, but not in a box... so I'm still not sure which to use
