Before entering tuition fee my refund was 1300 but after entering it reduced to 720!

The reason your income tax refund would have decreased is because once you entered your tuition fees, your claim for the Working Income Tax benefit would have been removed because you cannot claim the Working Income Tax benefit as a student.
