    Can I claim FSHA if i did not make contributions?

    I opened an account in 2023 but have not made contributions

    Can I claim FSHA if i did not make contributions?

    If you didn't make any FSHA contributions or make any withdrawals, then you have nothing you can claim for FSHA.
