Yes, you can correct the amount displayed. To correct the amount, follow these instructions:
1) Open your TurboTax return
2) Click on Find at the top of the page, and type in RRSP Profile
3) Check off the boxes that apply to you and click continue at the end of the page
4) On the page, there is a place where they ask you "Do you want to change this amount?" in regards to the deduction limit. There, you would click yes and you would be able to change the amount.
