CRA says put RRSP income of T4RSP at line 12900-done. Then deduct this amount line 23200. But line stays at 0, can't manually change. Phone help no help. What to do? Thx.

If you are trying to enter your T4RSP information slip, please follow the steps on the image below, in your return. After you enter the amounts in the boxes matching your information slip, the software will enter everything on the right lines for you as the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is requesting. Remember to click Done With T4RSP to save your entries.

I am having the same issue. I am using TurboTax online. Do I need to use the desktop/download version? How do I get this?

@LoBro67  Once you entered your T4RSP, TurboTax Online will do the calculation automatically and the amounts needed will show on the correct line on the detailed summary. When you are filling your T4RSP, make sure to enter all amounts to the right boxes.
